The organization consists of:

  • 2 Experts in European Registration for Agrochemicals and Crop Varieties;
  • 7 Owned, Private and Independent facilities GEP and GLP certified in Italy and Greece;
  • a permanent, highly qualified, staff of 32 Agricultural Science Graduates, in order to ensure a high quality for all the services offered. The management Staff has over 25 years experience in research and Registration, gained with famous Multinational Chemical Manufacturers;
  • an out-sourcing net of 7 Registration experts in Rome (I), Athens (GR), Madrid (SP), Bruxelles (B), Berlin (D), London (GB), Paris (F);
  • people directly involved in Field Trials:
    • Residue on Crops, Plant Products, Soil and Water
    • Operator Exposure
    • Efficacy Studies, Crop safety (Yield and quality parameter) and Effect on succeeding crops (Carry-Over)
    • Seed and Plant breeding Study

A wide range of Analytical and Biological Laboratories in Italy, France, Germany and Great Britain are contracted according to their experience on specific types of Study.

MEDCrop has a policy of regular technical and compliance training for all the staff, to ensure that studies and activities are conducted according to International and National guidelines and in total compliance with the appropriate GLP and GEP methods.

MEDCrop employs 4 Quality Assurance Inspectors, who are independent from the scientific staff but receive similar technical compliance training. The QA team inspects critical Phases of studies and facilities, records and processes at MEDCrop facilities and laboratories. The team audits all Study Plans, Raw data and Reports of MEDCrop. Quality Assurance is offered as contract service to chemical companies and laboratories that conduct GLP activities.
